Always remove any one who comes in trying to disturb your peace or anyone that comes in trying to take advantage of you. You are you’re number one priority you come first. Your self-care and your self love matters your mental health comes first.
We have to teach people how to treat us the proper way and make sure that we value ourselves because if we don’t value ourselves then nobody else will.
I’m learning the real wrap and raw of life in reality mental health drug abuse and substance abuse and I want to make sure that I’m sharing everything that is true and honest stay tuned. ❤️
