Titus Burton, Brown Belt and Kerry Davidson, Blue Belt join from their new Jiu Jitsu school Core Jiu Jitsu. This is Kerry's second appearance on the show, having appeared back on Episode 34 over a year ago as a White Belt. They both share their own unique journeys through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Having jiu jitsu mats in the kitchen when you're a jiu jitsu couple sounds like it is something really great! Both Kerry and Titus have supported each other's progress, and truly value having someone there to ask and practice with. Especially when big group learning can be quite intimidating for any of us that struggle to break through our own comfort zones.
Kerry and Titus are the founders of Core Jiu Jitsu, and want to attract people that have a core belief and curiosity for starting, or coming back to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. They now have a welcoming and nurturing space based over in Higham, Kent that has been created with the utmost attention to detail. Go and check them out!

Neil Walker is Purple Belt, has been an avid martial arts fan for years, and started with a Yoga based Kung Fu and MMA, before progressing through Traditional and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Neil shares his story of having not just one, but two heart attacks at a young age.

Ollie Kelly is Purple Belt, and more than that, is fully responsible for me starting my journey in the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Ollie has always been a fighting sports fan and took part in Judo and Boxing in his early school life, growing up in France. Having children, and seeing the benefit that Jiu Jitsu brings them, encourages us as adults to also start training.
Progressing through the early white belt days, especially being age thirty or over, brings its's own challenge, not least thinking that one has a little more life experience to bring to the mats. Ollie shares the story of his early days in the sport, through to the growth in mindset and resilience that he demonstrates today.
Ollie is the founder of Matador App, and shares his story as to why he started creating the app bringing seminars to fellow partitioners around the UK and the world, together with up to four in person events every year. With Ollie's tech background, and passion for Jiu Jitsu he is best placed to bring something inspirational for the growth of our sport.

Frankie Lee Monaghan is a Yellow Belt, and joins me with her Dad, Kevin. Frankie shares her lack of confidence before starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and the challenges with being bullied. It wasn't until a School Sports Week that Frankie was introduced to Jiu Jitsu, that her life changed for the better.
Kevin her Dad, echoes Frankie's resilience and tenacity for life, as well as the heartbreaking story of noticing Frankie's sadness during the period of bullying at school. Frankie now has high ambition, and big goals for her growth in Jiu Jitsu, travelling the world gaining more medals and achievements at every belt level.
