Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 Psalm 93:5

I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. -Psalms 34:4

DEVOTION
Based on Psalm 34
David's testimony becomes our template: seek, be heard, be delivered. 'Sought' implies persistent pursuit, not casual prayer. God 'heard'—your whispers reach heaven's throne. 'Delivered from all my fears'—not some, but all. Fear's prison has many cells: fear of failure, future, loneliness, death. God unlocks every one. The seeking soul finds more than answers—it finds deliverance. Fear flees when sought-after God is found.
A.C.T.S. REFLECTION
ADORATION: Delivering God, You hear every seeker and free every fear-bound soul. You respond to those who pursue You. I worship You, Fear-destroyer.


CONFESSION: I confess letting fears imprison rather than seeking You.


THANKSGIVING: Thank You for hearing and delivering when I seek.


SUPPLICATION: Deliver me from every fear as I seek You today.

PRAYER
Your statutes stand firm. Holiness adorns your house, Lord, forever more.
PSALM 93:5
Dear Lord, tonight, as I drift to sleep, I am reminded of Your might. You are more fantastic and vaster than the sea. Your voice is more commanding than thunder. Yet, You are not only powerful… You are also good… Good to me and to the world… Tonight I put my trust in that goodness and power. I can have assurance in Your words and confidence in Your ways because You have been faithful since the beginning of days. I will not waver tonight; instead, I will praise. I will worship Your wonderful name. As I descend into the night’s embrace, keep me anchored in Your love and grace. You reign, Lord Jesus, over the heavens and earth. I pray You would also reign in my mind tonight and take every thought captive. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏾
