乙 =おつ
古い言葉ですが、契約書で「2番目の人」という意味です。
Second person, Person B
以外の =いがいの
except for
緊急時の =急いでいるときの
emergency
連絡先 =電話番号など、連絡する方法
contact details
1、
甲 こう = first person on the person (アパートのオーナー)
2、
乙 おつ = second person on the contract (アパートに住んでいる人)
２つともとても古い言葉で、契約書に使われます
