As an ADHD coach for high-achieving adults, I see this all the time: you want to start the business, file the taxes, train for the race—but you just can’t seem to get yourself to follow through. Not because you’re lazy or unmotivated, but because ADHD brains work differently.

In this episode, I walk you through nine tactical, ADHD-friendly strategies that can help you break through resistance and build consistent action—even when the process sucks. I use my own battle with weightlifting (ugh) as an example, and share the exact tools I’m using to finally make progress without burning out.
