38: Finding Pure Joy & Positivity in Life w/ Yang Haiying

Watch our video conversation on Haiying’s Youtube Channel!

In this episode, I have a conversation with Yang Haiying, a teacher, artist, Youtuber, Podcaster, and such a bright light in this online space. We have a conversation about how to maintain a positive outlook in life and how to navigate the different seasons of highs and lows we may experience.

We discuss mindset shifts we can make to overcome limiting beliefs about ourselves such as self-doubt and unworthiness, and how we can cultivate self-love in periods when we may not feel like we deserve it.

Haiying speaks to us about how we can regain the child-like joy and purity that is innate within all of us, and how we can overcome the fear of judgement that comes with recognizing our self-dignity.
