37: Science of Life: Healing with Ayurveda w/ Lydia Chang

In this episode, I have a conversation with Lydia Chang, co-founder of Origin Yoga & Wellness, Ayurveda teacher, yoga & meditation practitioner, and so much more! Along with her brother Edward, they created a retreat center at their hometown of Baishawan in Taiwan, a sanctuary where people from all over the world can come to connect with their natural selves, with others, and with nature.

In our conversation, we dive into her study and practice of Ayurveda, what it is, how we can identify our “doshas”, or unique constitutions. We learn about the Ayurveda clock, different mindfulness techniques, and how we can better understand ourselves in order to make the best choices for a healthier and happier life.

Thank you so much Lydia for sharing your wisdom and insight with us :)
