You can upgrade anything in your life if you act like you already are it.
Your self concept is what dictates 95% of the choices you make each day.
Your self concept is housed in your subconscious.
To upgrade your self concept is to upgrade your life.
You can do this through imagination and playing out the scenes in your mind where you already have the outcome you’re desiring.
You pretend you are already living that reality.
What happens next is unreal. You start to feel it’s true.
You start to move like that version of you. Think like that version of you, and feel like that version of you.
Guess what happens next?
Results.
This is because your subconscious sees what plays in your imagination as fact, as already true, already real.
When this feeling becomes natural, from repetition and invoked emotion, our subconscious starts to believe it’s true, and thus we incorporate this new feeling into our self concept.
