Rakel had a happy encounter with a group of Monks at an early age while they were visiting her birthplace of Caracas in Venezuela and from there, her journey only grew and made her the successful coach she is today. A graduate in Communication in the renowned Sorbonne Univerisity in Paris, Rakel went on to a career in journalism in many different countries, including very stressful situations like reporting terrorist attacks in New York and London, the political situation in the Gaza Strip and child slavery in Central and South America, until she landed in Germany and started doing coaching full-time.
In this interview, she shares her story with us and gives a taste of a breathing exercise you can use to reduce stress.
