This podcast will talk about my experience being sexually assaulted. There will be explicit language and situations. No names will be used and this is my 100% truth of what my attacker did to me and my journey to reach the healing phase. I chose to share my experience because it still amazes me that only 1% of rapists or attackers will ever be sentenced and only 4 % arrested. There are no consequences so it continues to get worse!

This is a short and final episode of me finally accepting what cannot be changed and not dwelling in the past and creating a new life by going forward and not looking back
This episode talks about the pretending it never happened and trying to be “ normal” and work next to my attacker, and feeling guilty that I somehow caused this to occur and feeling sorry for my attacker instead of myself
Part 2. This is the assault. It is my truth. I stress that I did my best as when I spoke to the police to remember the timeline as best I could. The important part is repeatedly I said no and stop. And that never happened
This first episode will focus on me introducing myself and setting up the next episodes of the assault, the investigation, and finally the ongoing healing journey .
