We are living in a world where people are afraid to be. People are comfortable in their comfort zone. In the comfort zone, there's commonity as opposed to individuality, peculiarity, and identity. People are scared of being different. But they are born to be different. The question is, why can't you live your truth?

Knowledge is the catalyst to your destiny. You are what you are and where you are mainly because of what you know. In this dispensation, knowledge can set you apart. Knowledge is an explicit barometer to measure our intelligence. It is pivotal to assess our mental library in order to realise the level of information we have accumulated. For instance, what do you know about the current state of affairs in your region?

The policy of expropriating land without compensation is a good one. However, it is one thing to own the land and another thing to have the right education to sustain the land. The land issue is a sensitive topic in South Africa. In the villages, few individuals own a portion of the land. However, it is not used. The problem seems to be the education about the utilisation of the land and not the possession of the land perse. The question is, is the relevant education disseminated with regard to the land before it is even expropriated or the focus is just on the land?

These two people reach a consensus of being partners normally in both their personal and professional development. Basically, a relationship should be mutual. Hence, being in partnership. However, it seems like the definition in reality has changed with time. People enter into relationships for their own selfish, egocentric, self-centerd, and self-sufficient motives. This results into Gender Based Violence or Domestic Abuse when those selfish motives are not accomplished. It can be said that these modern relationships are a scam. You enter alive and exit dead. Love is shortly shared. But pain and misery is longly tolerated. Relationships have turned into a catalyst of people's death date. Instead of enjoying love in relationships, people are bound by the fear of uncertainties. Normally, love must be reciprocated and bidirectional. But now, it's one way street with bleedings instead of blessings" Mr Virus.

"Homelessness is not always a choice. We perpetually pass by the people who are street kids. The first thing we do is to judge them. We assume they deserve to suffer. Most of us think that they were problematic at home, they dropped out from school and they deserve to suffer. We even call it Karma. But that is wrong! Certain people are homeless because of their intolerable predicaments. People got kicked out of their home after the passing of their parents. People run away from home because of abuse. People are living on the streets because they are genuinely hopeless and homeless. Most but not all are on the streets but not by choice. Why not be lenient? Why not become a helping hand? Why judge them? Why not be their samaritan? Honestly, it's not for you to judge what they have done. But it's our duty to be human to other human. Reality proved so many times that the coin can turn" Mr Virus.

"Being authentic is pivotal in our time. Most of us are not authentic about our identity. Our destiny helpers are blurred in finding us because of our fake images. We look successful. But in reality, we are deeply impoverished. Most of us have clothed ourselves with the clothes of success which are bought with credits. We are swimming and drowning in debts because we want to shy away from who we are, where we are coming from and where we are going. We look rich. But we are poor, stressed and frustrated. We are sought by our destiny helpers to take us out of impoverishment. Unfortunately, our destiny helpers are seeking for authenticity which is rare to find. There's power in being authentic. That power is the possibility of being found by your DESTINY HELPER" Mr Virus.

"The fairness of the universe is shown on the time each individual is given. Everyone on earth has 24/7. The question is, what are you doing with your time? Your time is precious regardless of where you are coming from. With your 24/7, you can turn your life around" Mr Virus.

"Slay In Your Lane. Preserve your identity and embrace your peculiarity. Being alive means your identity matters. Don't imitate and mimic others. You are born for a certain purpose. It is your responsibility to find the reason of your existence. It is your responsibility to answer the question, "Why Am i Alive?". Having unique fingerprints is the reason that you are born for a unique purpose. We are in a dispensation of the survival of the fittest. However, don't allow starvation distract you from being you. Find yourself and slay in your OWN lane. It is that important. Be you and stop mimicking others. Enjoy." Mr Virus.

"It is a challenge mostly in the black community to differentiate between being rich with looking rich. Many young people are obsessed with LOOKING rich instead of being RICH. Most of them are imprisoned by clothing accounts which distract them from investing in assets. They work for the image over the empowerment. Impoverishment cannot be eradicated as long as it is clothed. Empowerment cannot be achieved as long as financial literacy is not taught. These are some of the things that hold youngsters un the black community back" Mr Virus.

"It is crucial to have a critical eye on our social media platforms to avoid unnecessary pressure. Out of 100% of the things you see on social media, only 10% is reflecting reality. This is a technological dispensation. Not everything that you see on social media is authentic. Be careful. Scrutinise everything. Beware. Have a critical eye" Mr Virus.

"Access Vs Substance at the high institution of learning. Access for both the impoverished and the wealthy at the high institution of learning has been advocated for. Since education is a key to success, equal free accessible education has been demanded. However, the issue of substance behind the qualifications attained is disregarded. The issue of access caused massification which is compromising the substance that add to the rate of unemployment" Mr Virus.

"Many people leave the planet earth without living on the planet earth. They are afraid of the fear of the uncertainties. FEAR is False Evidence About Reality. People must start to live before leaving the earth because the main purpose of being born is to live. Living is more pivotal than existing. However, fear must be eradicated as it acts as an impediment for people to unveil their full potential" Mr Virus.

"Validation vs Constructive Feedback. At our first attempt of anything, either a project or a business adventure, we need constructive feedback. Constructive feedback is the catalyst to growth. However, validation at a first attempt is an obstruction of growth. When you receive validation, you will feel good. But will you grow? Nonetheless, when you receive constructive feedback, you might be hurt a bit but you will assess and evaluate your process for progress" Mr Virus.

"Poverty Vs Financial Illiteracy in the black community. Black people are not primarily suffering from impoverishment. They are primarily struggling with financial literacy which contributes to impoverishment. Most of them are rich. That can be seen and proven on their bank statements. The problem is not how much they lack. The problem is how much do they invest in assets and liabilities. If black people can be taught financial literacy, their wealth will shock the world." Mr Virus.

Entrepreneurs must understand that their businesses are not opened for their friends. They are incepted for their clients or target market. If their friends form part of their target market, it is a bonus. However, if they do not form part of the target market, they should not be coerced into buying to the business. Business and pleasure should never be integrated for the sake of healthy friendships and relationships.
