Susannah is an activist, doula, writer and blogger. She was also the victim of 'catfishing' for twelve years, and an earlier childhood incident inspired her in later life to become what she is today. You can read her story and find out more about her here. She also runs a pregnancy website called 'Trimester Talk', an evidence based resource for women during pregnancy, birth, postpartum and baby's first year. Check it out at www.trimestertalk.com
We talked about what she has learned on her journey as a mental health advocate, her catfishing experience, as well as her work as a doula.
