I share my own story and explain why extreme hunger is actually a normal and essential part of the healing process. I talk through practical tools that helped me, like eating regular meals, learning to trust my body again, letting go of restriction, and staying mindful instead of reactive. I also open up about the emotional side of recovery, how important it is to show yourself compassion and to lean on support when you need it.
