Blanaid’s research interests include governance (corporate governance, fund governance and central bank governance), ethics and takeover law. Blanaid is also Deputy Chair of the Irish Banking Culture Board, Chair of the Irish Corporate Governance Code Advisory Panel, the Irish representative on the OECD’s Corporate Governance Committee and a Vice President of the Academic Board of the European Banking Institute.
