This is the last installment of the "I Was There Too" series! What better way than to hear from the mother of all living, herself. Thank you for joining me on this journey.
I will be back in a few weeks with new episodes! Be sure to follow and subscribe to stay up to date on the latest!
In this episode, we add the story of Sodom and Gomorrah as told by Lot's wife. Stay tuned until the end for a letter from Lot's wife to their daughters.
In this installment of the "I Was There Too" series, we share the story of the Levite's concubine as described in Judges chapter 19. This rendition of the story is from the perspective of the concubine. Interestingly, in this story, there are no names given to any of the characters. Yet, the text still manages to further dehumanize the concubine. Please note that this episode has themes that may be disturbing for some audiences.
In this installment of "I'll Take It From Here", we tell the fictional story of Bathsheba and David, but from her perspective. Although we would not have this story without Bathsheba's many traumatic experiences, we do not get to hear her side of things. Let's fix that. Sit back and hear the story retold as we humanize and give a voice to this silenced main character. Be sure to like, comment, share and subscribe.
In this episode we re-tell the story of Job from the perspective of Job's wife. She was given no name and her experience was muted by the author.... Let me know what your thoughts are on today's episode.
Was my fear of success/failure being disguised as a desire to collaborate? I'm not sure but I do know that this solo mission is about me..... and me alone.
