You think you’re smart by over exercising and trying to delay your weight gain. But believe me, your body is smarter. This actually happened to me and a lot of clients when we started our recovery. Less is more and that’s the case when it comes down to exercising. Listen to this episode if you want to know how to heal your disruptive hormone balance during an eating disorder. If you are a person, of course that has the tendency to move a lot.
