It’s the final day of our Unlearning Womanhood series, and today we’re talking about isolation. So many of us have pulled away from others because of past hurt, trauma, shame, or the fear that no one will understand. But isolation was never God’s design. We are called to community, to sisterhood, and to walk this journey together. In this episode, we’ll uncover the lies that keep us in hiding and step into the healing that comes through connection.
Day 2 of our Unlearning Womanhood series takes us deeper into the ways we’ve been shaped. For generations, women have been taught that silence is strength—that being quiet makes us classy, respectful, even holy. But silence has also robbed us of our voices, our stories, and our God-given authority. In this episode, we’re breaking free from the lie that silence defines us and stepping boldly into the truth: we are called to speak, to be heard, and to walk in the power of our voice.
Welcome to Day 1 of our 3-day series, Unlearning Womanhood. In this episode, we’re unpacking the hustle—the belief that our worth as women is tied to how much we do, how hard we push, and how tirelessly we serve. Society has taught us to wear exhaustion like a badge of honor, but God calls us to something deeper: rest. Together, we’ll explore how to release the pressure of constant striving, embrace rest as strength, and redefine what it truly means to walk in womanhood.
This is the 5th final day of the Bible plan God says go… now what. There is nothing more special than the obedience and sacrifice that Jesus made for all of us, however I wanted to highlight his mother, Mary, what if she said no to the call what if she was not obedient where would we all be. Your obedience can birth something that can change nations, you never know what God has planned, what we do know is his plan is always better than our own. If God said go, GO.
When God is calling to have faith, sometimes we allow our thoughts, fears, and others around us to distract us and take our eyes off God, just like Peter did when Jesus called him to walk on water. On this episode, I am discussing having big faith and not allowing our distractions to cause us to sink.
In day 3 of this Bible plan. God said go, the story of Jonah is being highlighted. Like many of us Jonah chose to run and this cause him to be trapped, when we run from God’s plan for us, we tend to get trapped, in storms, in positions that cause us more harm than good, we repeat cycles. Obedience is key and God’s plan for us is so much better than our own.
Day 2 of the Bible plan God said go. Moses had so many questions for God when he commanded that he go free the Israelites. He had so many doubts and feared he was not good enough, but God was with him every step of the way. When God is guiding you, you can’t go wrong.
So many of us question when God is telling us to move, for so many different reasons, but we forget that God’s plan for us is perfect. For the next few episodes I will be highlighting a Bible plan that discuss people in the Bible that God called to do things that seemed impossible, in this episode we will be discussing Noah’s unwavering obedience. With obedience comes great reward
