
I enjoyed making this video!It's not directly fitness related, but they've helped me improve myself and feel more contentment and fulfillment (not necessarily just temporary happiness). Additionally, these have helped me be less anxious, more secure, and have helped reconcile some fears.Even if my own methods and approaches toward this don't work for you, I think these are all valuable skills to develop. If you can find some way for them to work for you, that's awesome.
