
Hello, and welcome to this podcast. Today's episode is about how it's good to be a bit broken! Many of us spend a lot of effort striving to show up a certain way, live ideal lives or be 'perfect'. But it is the imperfections, mistakes and trip-ups, that actually teach us the most.
