
If you're a human being, you're probably going to face at least one bout of anxiety in your life. This is because, like all emotions, anxiety is simply a way we learn more about ourselves and how to deal with what life throws at us.
Anxiety hits us all at different stages in our lives, over different 'reasons' and appearing in different forms. Despite these differences, though, there are some universal tools and tactics we can use in order to ride out these difficult feelings as gracefully as possible.
