
What do we do when someone we know is suffering with anxiety? What do we do when we are suffering with anxiety ourselves?!
In today’s podcast, I’m addressing the topic of anxiety and the many different forms it disguises itself. I also talk about some tools we can use to heal the root cause of our dis-ease, and provide insight on how to support a loved one, colleague or friend who is battling with anxiety.
There is a difference between long-term healing and momentary relief. Life does not need to be a fight, and you do not need to struggle.
You just need to heal.
