
How can we strengthen the Family Company and prevent difficulties and conflicts?
My colleagues Josefina Morandin and Hermanus Meijerink from IMO Brasil have the dialogue together, how the Family Company strengthen itself creating awareness, taking care of the working structure, develop towards maturity both on an individual and group level, develop and exercise good leadership and establish alignment and commitment of the persons involved.
We can say in general that a Family Company is a company with a soul, a heart and that it has, because of that, the potentiality to be much more successful than other companies.
