Fuera del ámbito tecnológico, Javier ha cultivado su pasión por la cerveza desde 2016, perfeccionando sus habilidades y presentando sus cervezas en competiciones de nivel casero y copas pro-amateur, habiendo obtenido hasta ahora 3 medallas de plata. Actualmente tiene el cargo de vicepresidente para los Cerveceros Caseros de Ensenada.
Ángel Joel Garibaldi Jurado es un veterano de IT con 18 años de experiencia, siendo un DevOps durante los últimos 8 años. Se introdujo en el ámbito cervecero desde el 2008 y ha estado a cargo de la apertura de "La Gozadera: Ceviche, Cerveza y Cumbia", además de liderar "El Muchacho Brewing Co". Actualmente, también ostenta el cargo de Presidencia para los Cerveceros Caseros de Ensenada.
