My endo must-haves

Lifestyle:

  • -Acupuncture

    -Warm Womb + Heat Therapy (Socks, Heating Pads, ginger tea, Infrared sauna, Warm Foot Soaks)

    Castor oil packs

    -Teas: chamomile, ginger, red raspberry leaf

  • -Pelvic floor therapy
