Douglas Holwerda is a 70 year-old American psychotherapist who has lived and worked in Vietnam since 2011 with both foreign and English-speaking Vietnamese clients. He has also written a book. It is entitled, "Living From the Inside Out: from Self-awareness to Self-acceptance". Part one of the book has the title, "Begin Within". It is a guide to how we might come to know ourselves, to gain self-awareness in order to address some of the problems we face and to realize the potential to be our whole true self.
