In the latest episode of History From The Back Pages, Colin assesses a film he believes is among the worst ever made. The 2025 film War of The Worlds, based on H.G. Wells' novel and directed by Rich Lee, starring Ice Cube and Eva Longoria, is a catastrophic failure and an artistic travesty. A zero rating on Rotten Tomatoes and other review sites is fitting. The film's narrative, performances, direction, and overall production are severely flawed.
