We are nearing the end of 2025, a year we will remember for many things. Maybe it’s the year of realization, reclamation, re-evaluation, and restoration of your power, dignity, and self-respect. From what I hear from my readers and clients, this has been a year of painful breakups, betrayals, and endings; I have experienced this too. But they are often long overdue and will be a blessing as you forge ahead on your ascension path. November has a double 11 signature that means spiritual initiation and new energetic pathways. so be ready for them. If you have been looking for answers, make sure you are asking the right questions. And with a Mercury retrograde plus Neptune returning to Pisces for the final pass, completing the journey it began in 2011, a lot of energy is moving. If you’re like me, it means you will be organizing, cooking, cleaning, and revisiting some choices. It’s going to be a powerful month so get ready to shine, show up for yourself, and soar.

The October 21 new moon was not just a fresh start, it was a resounding call to action. That day, in an unusual display of tech disaster, Amazon’s AWS service went down, impacting the global internet. This is not a small incident. Amazon has been actively monopolizing internet services for years, convincing everyone that centralization was more efficient. Now they have shown the world what a disaster it is and we saw a huge example of 3D collapse – control is a 3D energy. That’s not all we have going on with this new moon and this week. Karma boomerangs abound, and most importantly, Neptune returns to Pisces for its final pass before moving into Aries in early 2026. This is a spiritual call to action for us. It’s time to get rid of energies that we cannot serve, that drain our energy, that have been holding us back from what we need to do to move into our 5D spaces. And one of those things involves the relatives we call family. It is probably time to cut those ties, energetic and emotional, so we can bring in our energetic family.

And we are out of September and into a new month. That August to September timeline was rough, with so much going on it was hard to keep up. If you are feeling a little overwhelmed and overwrought, you are not alone. It was tough for everyone. Everyone I spoke to talked about how challenging the times have been. But it does get better. October ushers in a new action oriented and energy packed month but the action now comes from us. We have been equipped with the information and resources we need to take action, now we just need to do it. October’s double 10 energy blueprint inspires action, alignment, and new pathways of potential. It’s not time to sit and relax although planning is necessary. This is a call to action and we’re in the spotlight.

I have referred to it many times and its lesson about assumptions and expectations have been a source of understanding and peace for its millions of readers. While we believe that we disappoint people who expect us to be present, available, and serve them, the truth is that we merely inconvenience them when we say no. If you would describe yourself as a 'people pleaser', as someone who tries to make others happy, this article will resonate with you. And the result of realizing that your attempts to avoid creating disappointment are futile, gives you the information you need to create stronger energy boundaries and to be more aware of how you are using your emotional and energetic resources.

September is here and it is going to be a month to remember. It brings two eclipses, the Virgo Alpha Omega Portal, and the movement of Saturn into Aries and other major planetary shifts. It’s time for us and you may be feeling it. The struggle, suffering, sorrows, and grief of the past are coming to pay us a final visit. Will we send them on their way? That’s an individual choice but it would be a good idea. If you have any doubts about the people, relationships, and situations in your life this is a good month to make decisive decisions about them, decisions that highlight and expand your joy, love, abundance, and peace of mind and heart. If you’re ready to rumble and roar, September will be a great month for you.

The August 23, 2025 new moon is an important turning point where we must choose between the Martyred Healer and Empowered Master paradigms and as an Alpha Omega Portal, it's a full lesson in overcoming karma, restoring our energetic sovereignty, and empowered living.

You can be relieved that July is over, it was a tough and crazy month. But with a double 7 energy signature, it was bound to have some ups and downs. I thought it was a challenging month and I am glad to be in the more stable energy of August. But no time to rest, August is a double 8 month so we’re going to be experiencing alignment, integration, and congruence issues. And more work on the multi-dimensional levels too. If you are experiencing a lot of family issues now, with your immediate family and that includes your children, you are not alone. It is happening to everyone. Just remember that your family, starting with your mother, is your first line of karma. Those karma based relationships and connections are all beating tested right now. If they can move up the ascension spiral with you that’s great. If not, your new energetic family is your next step. Since I first began this newsletter in February 2004, I have been writing about the energy changes – shifts, downloads, movements, frequency changes, vibe shifts – which have been part of our 5D ascension cycle. But what makes some of these changes more difficult or powerful than others? Why do we respond so differently to them and why are some of them so challenging? It’s a question I have pondered for quite a long time and this weekend I got the answer so I’m sharing it with you. The answer may surprise you. On another note, we go out of Cancer and into Leo on July 22 so all of you fire and air signs can relax. I don’t know about you but as an Aries the water signs, especially Cancer, have always been difficult for me. Maybe it’s why I dislike the month of July more than any other month – and I am sure the summer heat has something to do with it. And the fact that it is the Sun’s 12th house, the end of its journey around the zodiac. The day that the Sun enters Leo is its solar return, so to speak. Let’s look at why energy downloads are so different, difficult, and what makes some worse than others.

We are officially in the second half of 2025 as we enter month 7, July, and another big energy month. July features a Mercury retrograde, Saturn and Neptune retrograde, Uranus entering Gemini, a full moon Capricorn blast, and a Neptune/Pluto alignment all month that provides a solid foundation for our 5D path. Ready for some new portals of potential? They are present in July along with so many opportunities to ditch the past and shine our lights on the future. We have been on a long transition that has been designed to help us shed the old skins of the past and things that no longer resonate with the 5D path we want to follow. It has not been easy because this represents lifetimes of commitment and obligation, of sacred responsibilities and promises that we have undertaken with the most solemn vows of fulfillment. But we are beginning to realize that we cannot ‘serve two masters,’ our karma and our ascension path. We have to choose one. And we’ll make that choice in July.

I normally do not go into a lot of detail at the Solstice and the new and full moons but the June 20 Solstice and the June 25 new moon are very different from what we have had in the past. With 3 Ascension Bridges and some very lucky and well timed aspects, I wanted to share this information with you. Personally, I am ready for some good luck and blessings, are you? Let’s look at the June 25 new moon and everything that it represents, the blessings it holds, and how to use that energy.

We have already completed 5 months of this year and it has been a wild ride. And June is going to be a little wild too because not only do we have a 6 vibe which is the energy of descension, we also have some big planetary aspects, including more big planets changing signs, and wild card Uranus poised to leave Taurus. What happens when the planet of surprises (Uranus) enters the house of karma (Gemini) and the lord of karma (Saturn) is in the house of action (Aries)? Your guess is as good as mine but it will definitely be exciting and action packed. June is a month for action, resolution, restructuring, replacement, and restoration because we have all of the energy available to put major changes in place. We know what those things are, we have been through this process for years and all of this year. Now, with elation or resignation, it is time to take action. So put your party clothes on, amp up your vibe and turn your lights on because it is party time and we have some dancing to do.

If you got through last week’s tough energy and you’re still coherent, congratulations. It was definitely a week of challenges, upsets, transformation, and unexpected blessings and reversals. I know several people who made life changing decisions that they never thought they would make – they are good decisions that will take their lives in entirely new directions. We are under a lot of strong energy influences right now and these kinds of events can be the expectation for the next several months. May is an interesting month, with more energetic activity, marked by Pluto’s first retrograde in Aquarius and Venus at the Zero Point, 0 Aries, on May 1. If you think this month will be a balmy ride, guess again. But we have lots of resources to help us consider new choices and make different decisions plus the benefit of May’s triple 5 numerology, so buckle up and hang on as you navigate the adventure of May.

We have had a very eventful month in March and April continues with that activity so there is no rest for us just yet. What the eclipses revealed will be dealt with quickly and decisively now, even if that has not been your style in the past. With Neptune in Aries we are in action mode and with an Alpha Omega portal in action we are in full energy congruence mode too. What that means will be more evident as time goes on but it’s a shifting landscape, so don’t expect to see the end result just yet. This is a time of renewal, resurgence, revival, and reconsideration – all appropriate since we are still working within both Venus and Mercury retrograde. If you aren’t happy, fulfilled, and still living through trauma, wounds, fear, and limitation, it’s time to make a change. The choice is between a fresh start and staying where you are. The decision is yours to make. April is full of opportunity with plenty of action moments but what you do with this energy will decide the results you achieve.

We are moving into a new month and a brand new vibe, much different from February which was an 11 month, the number of the spiritual initiate which is always a challenge. Now we are into a more creative energy but don’t get too comfy because we have retrogrades, eclipses, and lots of movement in March too. We are in the fast moving aspect of this ascension pathway and it is all happening at once. The key to using energy effectively and not getting overwhelmed is to have strong energy boundaries and to pick what you will focus on. For now, your best focus is on you, your energy, your pathway, the transformation you are initiating, and your intention. Let the ‘bygones go on by’ and don’t give any of your emotion, time, or energy to regrets, the past, or toxic relationships that you no longer wish to be part of. March is a time of fresh starts, new vibes, and an uplevel into new joy frequencies. So gear up and let’s soar.

Well it has been quite an energy storm these past few weeks and February is going to be another month of strong energy with a very spiritual influence. We will have up to a total of 7 planets in Pisces, direct and retrograde, from now until the end of April so get your lights shining because you will need them to highlight your areas of potential and possibility and all of the new portals that are opening. This strong spiritual energy is going to push us into going deep into our spiritual past to find all of those karmic loose ends that we have yet to deal with. Jupiter in Gemini is our taskmaster here and Jupiter may be called the ‘great benefic’ but it also expands everything so expect extreme lessons and learning now as we remove all of the energetic baggage that has been holding us back, limiting us, preventing us from experiencing life on the ‘light side.’ The destination is joy and the vibe is high. So buckle up and get ready to rumble.

Well we got through January and what an eventful month it was. If you managed to get through it without leaving something behind, you’re lucky. It was a tough month and very long, in my opinion. But all months come to an end and we move on to the next one, no matter how tough they are. If you are looking at the barren landscape of your life as February begins, take heart. It’s going to be a more balanced month and with no more Mercury in Capricorn transits for the rest of the year (what a relief) we can wave goodbye to the final threads and dust mites of that long Pluto in Capricorn transit. So in February we can rebuild, restructure, and refresh our realities after the storms of the ‘cornucopia of chaos’ that we saw in January. Aside from being the ’month of love’ since we celebrate Valentine’s Day in this month, it is the month of leverage as we assess our strengths, move beyond our limitations, and start off on a new path with a joyful smile on our faces, an uplifting song in our hearts, and our brightest lights to light the way.

We are barely 2 weeks into the new year and so much is going on that it feels like it should be June already. I told you the energy would be moving faster this year and if you heard the 2025 Predictions you know that so much more will happen this year. I almost didn’t do this month’s energy report partly because I covered so much of January’s energy in the 2025 Predictions call and to be honest, the days have been moving so quickly that I can’t believe it’s already nearly mid-January. But it’s tradition and I have been doing monthly energy reports for over 20 years so here it is. And in February we will celebrate 23 years online as my first website went up and my first newsletter went out on February 4, 2004. What a ride it has been. More on that in a later article for now, here’s the January 2025 energy report.

The Winter Solstice begins Capricorn season and we prepare for the growth that will happen in Spring. The December 2024 Solstice contains many powerful aspects that can motivate us to actively begin our journey into 2025 and prepare to shine.

We have had a lot of activity in recent weeks – starting with the Venus Pluto conjunct and we had a big X2.2 solar flare, Neptune went direct, as did Saturn a few days ago, pushing the spiritual engine forward again as it removes the gridlock on the ascension highway, we have a Friday 13, and a full moon on the 15th. Are you tired yet or feeling a little overwhelmed? This much energy movement can be overwhelming but it’s best to avoid thinking of it in terms of what has to be done and instead just focusing on making your personal journey as comfortable and graceful as possible. It is not a competition, and it is a relay race, not a marathon. So if you are feeling the need to sit this one out, pass the baton to someone else. You deserve a break and this week you get one with some universal secrets and a key to success that validates your journey.

Here we are at the end of 2024 and what a year it has been. Any regrets? Time to let them go because we are on a new path and into new energies where there is no room for the past except as a reminder of where we have been and how far we have come. If you’re not feeling it yet don’t worry , we have Mercury retro and Mars retro that will be reminding us of the past as Pluto, newly into Aquarius for a 20 year stay, pulls us ahead into new paradigms. The energies are great this month but not for everything. I think the karma boomerang is going to be highly active all month for some while new opportunities and good fortune bless many others. Depends on what side of the light you have been working on. It isn’t too late to change your path but the past will catch up to you in December in one way or another.
