I'm pretty sure a lot of graduating students are able to relate to this podcast episode, especially when you are like me who is still in the process of figuring out what happens next and I just want to tell you that you're not alone.
I just wanna say Congratulations for making it this far! I'm proud of you!
To my listeners who are dismayed by the turnout of elections, I'm sending you virtual hugs through this podcast. You all fought well and you don't deserve to be invalidated for your feelings of dismay. The past few months have been stressful for us. We've lost friends and families, even our own voices to chant our heart's desires for the government and none of it has been easy. I hope that this podcast may ease you in some ways and remind you to continue to be hopeful despite the hopelessness of the world.
All love, Jean Mari
It's been quite some while since my last upload considering my 1 month rut and mental health break but I'm back with more exciting topics to talk about!
Tradition have always passed the role of the pursuer to men and it's not very mundane, especially here in the Philippines, that women are told that it's okay to do the first move as a woman.
In this podcast we will be talking about breaking the stereotypes in dating as well as the realities of doing the first move as a woman. Join me in this episode!
It's suicide awareness month. As part of my advocacy on mental health awareness, I'm dedicating this podcast to everyone who's in a relationship with someone who's experiencing mental health problems while also dealing with mental health problems on our own.
Join me while I talk about 8 suggestions to help you in your relationship. <3
“Empowered women, empower others”
For the past few months, I’ve been struggling to find the will to continue doing what I do. It took me quite some time to find that missing spark in me. Who would’ve thought I’d find it in other women?
Smart, beautiful, competent, confident, and inspiring women who share the same warmth —women who share their spark with others to keep the passion burning. Alpha females who lead with compassion and grit.
When you surround yourself with empowered people, you become empowered as well. When you are surrounded by the right people, you can be whoever you want to be. These are just some snippets of what these women have taught and have proven to me.
This podcast is dedicated to every single person who feels left behind simply because they're not in a relationship

Often times, when we're dealing with a life challenge we freeze and ask ourselves diminishing questions like:
"What is happening to me?"
"Why don't they understand me?"
"Why am I feeling this way?"
But really, before asking yourself those questions, did you at least try to understand why you're feeling a certain emotion?
Ladies and gents! A new episode of Hi Jean Mari is now available! Journey with me as we talk about understanding our own emotions and I will also share you some tips based on my experiences.
