We are a couple that watches a lot of movies and has a lot to say.
Hey! We're that cute couple that got together in high school, dated throughout college, got married, and a bazillion years later decided to make a podcast. A tale as old as time. (Wait, where's our rom-com?)
We love watching movies. Over the years we realized we have a lot to say after a movie and a lot of fun in our post-screening chats or rants (depending on the movie). You're invited to listen in.
In each episode we'll walk through a movie we just watched together - it might be new in the theater, it might be a throwback we just streamed. We're not film students so there won't be much technical analysis, but there will be a little research on the movie and cast and a lot of random thoughts. In general, we tend to view the world through a comedic and thoughtful lens, and then blurt out whatever comes to mind.
Grab some popcorn and enjoy!

Hey! Just how many songs is too many for a Joker sequel? We have thoughts on this jukebox joint, but the real question is: does "madness for two" refer to Arthur & Lee or Joaquin & Todd? Though well acted, we give this back-handed sequel a .5/5. C'est triste.
Hey! Turns out we're in our sequel era. Find out what we thought of this looong awaited sequel. We've got favorite characters, a sing-along, and even a PSA tossed in for good measure. Plus, just how many nicknames do we have for Tim Burton? (who is, of course, invited on the podcast anytime!) We're just keeping it real because the afterlife is so random.
Hey! Is this just another space heist movie with acid-blood aliens? Or maybe a video game movie disguised as a sequel? Find out if Michelle cared if any of the characters lived or died and what science-y details Josh honed in on.
Hey! It's been two years and now we're back. Listen along as we recap the last couple years of movie-going and chat about Marvel's best BFFs, cameos, and creepy fingers in your brain.
Hey! Did he fall or did he jump? What's the deal with the naked man? Listen and find out if we have answers to any of the million questions we left the theater with. And, listen to find out which of us inexplicably didn't realize all the men were played by the same actor.
Hey! Find out if we enjoyed WandaVision 2 aka Dr. Strange's new movie. And, did we love the big Illuminati reveal as much as the guy sitting next to Josh?
Hey! Who doesn't love a movie with not one, but two Nick Cages! Or, is it actually three, or four, Nick Cages? Plus, action, romance, and bromance. This movie has it all. Including someone's golden guns.
Hey! What if a;lsdfj;laje;ouao;erghalsdnkfjagshleryqoweflfamsdvh was a movie? I think we just watched it. Find out if we're fans of Daniels multiverse.
Hey! Was this the most fun we've had at the movies so far this year? Listen and find out if we enjoyed this romancing the stone rom-com adventure. #shawnmendes
Hey! What does a movie about a mother, a daughter, bees, and a ghost have in common with an animated movie about a mother, a daughter, BFFs, and a red panda? Sandra Oh of course! Find out which mother-daughter duo we enjoyed more with our Sandra Oh double feature.
Hey! What do you get when you combine Nirvana, Hitchcock, the Zodiac Killer with a dash of Darth Vader? A darkly lit, sad-boy Batman and we're not mad at it, mostly. Listen for our take on the latest reboot of a comic book hero.
Hey! Find out if we had as good a time watching this wacky flick as Dave Grohl appeared to have making it. Also, special mentions for Scream and Moonfall. We saw 3 movies, can you guess which one we actually enjoyed?
Hey! What would it feel like to experience 10 years of marriage in 10 minutes increments? Confusing. What's it like watching it happen to someone else? Low-key enjoyable. Also, lessons are learned about talking to nosy ladies in cemeteries.
Hey! We let Marvel take us on a 2 and 1/2 hour web-slinging, blast from the past, magic spell casting, heartbreaking journey. Peter Parker who? Also, not in the mood for popcorn? Stroll on in with a box of In-N-Out fries. We did. It's fine, promise.
Hey! We revisited this over the top Christmas classic. Important questions are asked this episode, like - what exactly is Santa? Does Josh still hate this movie? And, is Zooey D contractually obligated to sing in her movies? Enjoy!
Hey! Did these 80s kids love this sequel/reboot? Obviously. But, find out the silly reason we saw it twice and what advice we have for movie-goers (or should we say movie-gozers).
Hey! Is this movie another origin story but with a twist being the origin story of us. Is God two fused traffic lights? Is Josh a Celestial Atheist, railing against his creator? And is Michelle in denial of her contribution to e-waste? Find out only by listening to this episode!
Hey! We took a trip to 2020's London or was it 1960's London? I'm not sure where we went but there was a pink dress, a bunch of mirrors, and we think we saw several ghosts. Find out what we thought of this decade hopping horror film and if we solve the ghostly mystery.
