Dr. Anthea Todd is a change maker in women’s health, originally a chiropractor, then achieving a dual master’s degree in Women’s Health Medicine and Reproductive Medicine with further studies in functional medicine and energetic practices.
She’s the author of *What’s My Body Telling Me?* with a passion for guiding women out of the medical Bermuda Triangle, she bridges modern medicine with functional and energetic health practices. Anthea believes that our symptoms are not problems to fix but messages from the body to embrace.
When she’s not empowering women to connect to their body, she’s likely somewhere outside with friends or by the beach, at a dress up party, dancing to the beat of her own drum, skate boarding, being an aunty or showing people that the body is always working *for* us, not against us.
