In this episode, I open up about my annual burnout cycle — when I first started noticing it, the hesitation I felt about seeking therapy (even though I advocate for it), and how I’ve begun to wonder if being neurodivergent plays a role in the way burnout keeps showing up in my life.
I share what I’m planning to do differently this time: pursuing a diagnosis, committing to therapy with or without that label, and creating practical structures like pre-recording content to cushion myself for when burnout inevitably returns.
