She is truly an open book and shares what exactly happened with her birth story, why she’ll never have an epidural again, and the chronic pain that’s come from having one the first time around. She also opens up about mental health, her diagnosis of androgenetic alopecia and how she’s handling all of these things in her life. Things lighten up when Shay talks about her husband and how they actually fight, even though social media may make you think they don’t.
