With a multidisciplinary background including a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications Engineering, two Diplomas in Electrical Engineering, and a Master’s in Management Studies, she works as an independent consultant, trainer, and advocate. Annet has championed capacity building through humanitarian engineering projects, including clean-energy initiatives in refugee settlements, and has held leadership roles within the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE). Her story is one of resilience, advocacy, and paving the way for more women in engineering.
