A talk from my heart about Procrastination...Something I've really dealt with. Talking about the reasons we delay our own progress...And how we need to get out of our way to succeed. Here are some Reasons we Procrastination: 1. Being afraid to fail 2. Being a Perfectionist 3. Low Energy Levels 4. Lack of Focus But there is a way out of the habit...But you have to be willing to do the work!

Our Words have Power...We have to be mindful of how we Speak because we have what we say! What we speak into the atmosphere will manifest in our lives. "We create with our words", just like a painter creating a masterpiece, they are in control of every brush stroke and we too have that same authority in our own lives. So we have to be careful of what we SAY because it shapes our very existence! Enjoy✌🏾

Here's some Encouragement from my Heart to Yours! Letting you know that though things happen in our lives, we cannot just Sit in Our Situations. We have to find a way to cope, learn from it and move forward. Life happens, but we have to find ways to keep going. And for those of us who have abilities, gifts and talents, we cannot get in our own way of progress...Not allowing fear to hinder us from our destiny. Either way we have to "Get Up" and go forth.
