Picking up where he left off last time, he undertakes to dissect the challenging and often challenged message of Matthew 16:19, where Jesus gives the keys to the kingdom of heaven and says to the church, “whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
