Today we explore communication! The topic we all hate yet need. I reflect on the importance of communication in relationships, whether it's at work, in friendships, or in romantic partnerships. There are various communication styles, such as passive, passive-aggressive, aggressive, and assertive. I share some personal anecdotes and insights on how to improve communication and create understanding and trust whether that be with yourself or others. A few tips to improve communication are active listening, managing expectations, and challenging one's own beliefs to improve effective communication skills.
