How To Journal For Healing: Journal Prompts for Chronic Illness

After my last guided journaling session to reduce stress, I got some messages and emails from those of you who are struggling with chronic illness and how my combination of meditating, journaling, and pulling oracle cards can help you cope with chronic illness when times get rough.


Let’s be honest, healing from chronic illness is NOT an easy path. It’s not a straight line either. It’s sort of like a messy spiral that goes up and down and up again, until you reach a point where you’re like: hey, I can actually do the things I love again, I still need to balance my life and take care of my health, but, it’s not that terrible anymore. That’s the first brilliant sign of recovery.
