If so, you’re in the right place! This podcast will help you find the time and mental space to create simple holistic health habits and daily routines, so you can feel peace in motherhood, and lean into creating consistency, for a more intentional, powerful, healthy you!
I’m Caroline, a homeschooling mother of 4 amazing kids, holistic wellness nerd, and a lover of all things natural! I have tried all kinds of “healthy” approaches to my wellness over the years, but it left me exhausted! I was tired of feeling pulled in so many directions, without the time or energy to prioritize the health and life I wanted.
I finally started to experience a shift in my wellness, starting with my mental health, when I began working through old identity patterns and limiting beliefs. I began building simple routines that allowed me to experience more peace and purpose in motherhood, and time to pursue true health and a deeper relationship with God.

Today we're diving into the often-blurred line between pleasing God and pleasing people. I'm sharing how deeply rooted behaviors from childhood and church culture can lead to a cycle of people-pleasing, costing us mental peace, health, and authentic communication.
Today's scriptures are found in 1 Thess. 5:13, Romans 12:18, and Psalms 34:14. We also looked at the stories of Moses, King Saul, and Ananias and Sapphira, which can be found in Numbers 20, 1 Samuel 15, and Acts 5.
