Healthy AF

74 episodes

After being diagnosed with a severe chronic illness at 17 called Crohn's disease, I became obsessed with one thing: how do we get and stay Healthy AF? I'm not a doctor, I don't have a college degree. But I once was chronically sick, and now I'm completely off medication in the best health and shape of my life. It took me over a decade, $10s of thousands of dollars and a ridiculous amount of work. So if you have Crohn's, another chronic illness, or are just damn tired of being sick and tired, my goal with this podcast is to shorten your journey from sickness to health. PS If you're new here and you have Crohns or Colitis start with Episode 56: 7 Steps I Used To Go From Severe Crohns Disease to Remission
