Hi! This week’s episode is an interview with the lovely Jaclyn Castro of Courageous Fit Female.
In our conversation together, Jaclyn talks about looking at the reasons behind why we work out and the importance of letting God into your fitness journey. She tells her story about how she got sucked into the world’s way of looking at fitness and how God had to show her that it had become an idol for her.
Whatever your experience with fitness and gyms, Jaclyn encourages us all just to take a step back and reflect on our heart motives, especially around body image and the idea of what success means in the fitness realm.
