As the immediate past President of Resurrection University, she was responsible for tripling its size and yielded consecutive robust positive operating margins, all while maintaining excellent student and employee outcomes. Dr. Brooks received her PhD in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago, her Master’s in Nursing Administration from Northwestern University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University.
