Saturated Facts: A Myth-Busting Guide to Diet and Nutrition in a World of Misinformation (2024).
He debunks some diet myths about carbs, seed oils, and sugar, evaluates the scientific literature, and makes some general recommendations about a path to good nutrition and wellness.
