"Heal You, Heal Your Relationship" is exactly what I did to save my own marriage. Overcoming anxious attachment, fear of abandonment and self sabotage have been my greatest transformation. The process of learning and unlearning is a path we walk when we are intrigued to heal and grow. This is not your average podcast of someone telling you what to do, these are the experiences, lessons of a woman who practices what she preaches and spent two decades overcoming trauma, fears and anxiety.

Tune in to break free of relationship cycles, intrusive anxious thoughts, love fears and behaviors that leave you feeling guilty, worried and ashamed. As you build your self awareness, you grow, as you grow your relationship transforms. The ripple affect is powerful and your host Sasha Quince is proof of that. Sasha, now 17 years into her own marriage after overcoming self sabotage, a mom of two boys but also a trauma survivor, love coach, and dedicated advocate of personal development. Let's do this together!

The Millennial Cycle Breakers - This One If For You!

You know you're a cycle breaker if you see something in your family system that is unhealthy and you want to shift that dynamic in your own life. This episode talks to the millennials who I believe are the first CONSCIOUS generation that is leading the way to new waves of healing, loving ourselves and showing up in the world as their true self. So lets dig into the 3 biggest healing practices that US millennials were never taught and are learning now.

This week on Heal You: Heal Your Relationship, Sasha dives into three powerful healing practices millennials are mastering—and how they’re helping us break the emotional cycles we inherited. 🌿

From learning to regulate our emotions to embracing conflict as a doorway to deeper connection, Sasha unpacks how this generation is shifting from survival mode to self-awareness. You’ll hear how to stop avoiding your feelings, stay calm in hard conversations, and repair relationships with compassion and accountability.

By the end, you’ll see that emotional safety doesn’t come from a perfect partner or a conflict-free home—it starts within you. 💛

In this episode, you’ll discover:

  • Emotional regulation is the foundation of self-trust and inner safety.
  • Conflict isn’t dangerous—it’s a doorway to deeper connection.
  • Repair and ownership are what make relationships last.
  • Healing your emotions teaches your children how to do the same.
  • You don’t need to be fully healed to love—you heal through loving.
