"Heal You, Heal Your Relationship" is exactly what I did to save my own marriage. Overcoming anxious attachment, fear of abandonment and self sabotage have been my greatest transformation. The process of learning and unlearning is a path we walk when we are intrigued to heal and grow. This is not your average podcast of someone telling you what to do, these are the experiences, lessons of a woman who practices what she preaches and spent two decades overcoming trauma, fears and anxiety.

Tune in to break free of relationship cycles, intrusive anxious thoughts, love fears and behaviors that leave you feeling guilty, worried and ashamed. As you build your self awareness, you grow, as you grow your relationship transforms. The ripple affect is powerful and your host Sasha Quince is proof of that. Sasha, now 17 years into her own marriage after overcoming self sabotage, a mom of two boys but also a trauma survivor, love coach, and dedicated advocate of personal development. Let's do this together!

5 Things You Think Are Feminine but Are Actually Anxious Energy That Push Our Partners Away

In this solo episode of Heal You: Heal Your Relationship, Sasha talks about how some “feminine” behaviors—like overgiving, mind-reading, or avoiding conflict—can actually stem from anxiety and push partners away. She breaks down five common patterns and shares how to shift from doing and proving to simply being.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re giving too much or losing yourself in love, this episode will help you reconnect with your worth and feel safer in your relationships.

Soulful Trio:

  1. Where are you currently out of your feminine energy?
  2. Is resentment showing up in your life?
  3. What is your true need to clear that resent?

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • Feminine energy is about receiving, not proving or performing.
  • Overgiving, controlling, and caretaking can be signs of anxiety—not softness.
  • Letting your partner lead means letting go of the need to control the outcome.
  • Avoiding conflict builds resentment and disconnects you from your truth.
  • Manage your emotions first—don’t rely on your partner to hold all of them.
  • Your worth isn’t tied to how much you do or give.
  • Clear communication beats hoping someone will read your mind.
  • Presence, not effort, creates emotional safety and real connection.
