102: He is in My Story with Julie Cantara- Loving Your Kids Through Their Own Journeys

Julie Cantara shares how she has navigated her children stepping away from the gospel of Jesus Christ and how that doesn't need to hinder your relationship.

She knows Heavenly Father has her back. He is watchful and understanding.

Julie is such a great expample of loving your children just as they are. She doesn't shy away from sharing Christ's light with them and has made her house a place where they know they can come and feel of His love.

So much insight and goodness was shared. If you know someone who could use this uplifting story, please share this with them and let them know they are not alone.

What is one of your favorite takeaways? I know I am going to start praying to feel my Saviors love for my children more often.

I know that our families are under attack, but we can still trust in the Lord and His timing to have all things made right.

This conversation was so beautiful! Our Savior's example of Loving and embracing relationships is what we should strive for as well.

He Is In My Story
101: He is in My Story with Katrina Kleinman- Recognizing the Bread Crumbs He sets out for Us

Katrina Kleinman @_karina.kleinman @ifeelmysaviorslove_ opens up about the tender mercies of the Lord during her journey of borderline personality disorder. She was previously mis-diagnosed with bipolar disorder but it didn't seem to explain everything going on. With the help of her husband, other family, and of course the Lord, she feels she is on the path to recovery and understanding.

She shares how positive self talk and gratitude journaling were pivotal

in feeling love for herself and from her Savior. If you haven't instilled those habits into your life, now would be a great time to start.

I love how she talks of Elder Patrick Kearon being an answer to her birthday prayer. She truly felt in that moment that Heavenly Father was aware of her and knows her.

As we look to our Heavenly Father and His plan for us, we can come to know we are not alone in the hardships we are going through. We can speak up and bring hope and peace to all who are struggling as well. We are here on earth to learn and grow as well as help one another.

My testimony of the Savior grows each time I hear from someone willing to share their hard and still see His hand in the details. I hope each of us can continue to recognize the bread crumbs He sets out for us to make our way back to Him.

99: He is in My Story with Sage Adams- You are Never Too Far Gone!

Sage @returnwithsage shares how the Lord is willing to give us just an inch to hold onto. From a tragic accident, to growing up with a single mom, and struggling and reconverting to The Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints, the life lessons she learned throughout it all came from a place of love.

She is passionate for recognizing the hand of God in her life. She reminds us that is is typically through the small and simple that He shows up for each of us. As we count our blessings, He is in those details.

It is always so great to remember that none of us are never too far gone. The light of Christ can encircle and engulf us when we are ready to receive it. Each one of us are in the palm of His hands and He will never fail us.

98: He is in My Story with Scarlet Bushman- The Savior has a Birds Eye View

Scarlet @sparkgoodness shares her witness of the Savior and His divine role to help comfort and guide with a Birds Eye view.

The Lord knows the why's and the how's so that we can trust Him and His plan.

When your world seems to stop, when tragedy strikes, remember you are not alone.

The Lord sends people to help and angels to minister in times of need.

Sometimes it takes strength to put one foot in front of the other or to make it through the day. Our Savior is the way to gain that strength and take those steps.

He is in our stories and the details of our lives.

What we may not understand now will all be manifesting times to come. All we can do is trust and have faith in His plan and allow these instances to draw us closer to Christ instead of away from Him

97: He is in My Story with Grace Howard- Receiving Our Father's Gifts

Grace @grace_filled.mama shares one of her experiences from her childhood that hindered her ability to feel joy.

Receiving gifts has been a trigger since her childhood and has caused her to learn and reflect on what humility truly is.

Her testimony of her Heavenly Father's love for her is profound. Although she has been cut off by her family, she knows that there are arms still wrapped around her lifting her up.

Being humble is more about what's in your heart. The excitement and gratitude shown is not a problem unless you are putting yourself above someone else.

Our Father in Heaven has so many blessings he wants to bestow upon us. We just need to be willing to open our hearts and be willing to receive.

There may be lessons we all need to learn the hard way, but our Savior Jesus Christ is by our side to help us grow and overcome.

96: He is in My Story with Celeste Porter- Following Through with Inspiration Brings Blessings

Recognizing promptings sometimes takes time. Celeste @ponder.goodness shares as we recognize and follow through with inspiration from God, blessings will follow.

When she and their young family moved to beautiful Hawaii, she found herself struggling with depression. She found herself writing the same impressions down over and over when she finally decided to put them into practice.

The Lord wanted her to go to the temple and serve outside her home more often. As she did this, her burdens were lifted.

The Lord meets us where we are and lifts us higher as we strive to do our best by making up the rest.

We want you to know that whatever your life circumstances are right now, the Lord is mindful you. He is so happy with the effort you are putting forward, even if it's small, to share His light. As we do this, His light will enable and fortify us as well.

You are not alone. Reach out and reach up for His divine guidance. He truly can be part of your story.

95: He is in My Story with Karin Brown- Christ Shows up in Relationships

Karin Brown @thelittleleftovers shares her testimony of Christ sending other people to help in her time of need.

The relationships we build and develop can strengthen and help us endure life's challenges.

I love how she encourages us to never suppress a generous thought and to follow through. The thoughts that come after that first initial thought are usually ones of uncertainty and doubt. Follow through with your FIRST thought.

She also taught us that God doesn't seem to speak in "should do's". He is more direct and kind.

I hope we can be the hands that Christ calls upon to share His light and goodness with others.

Be bold, be brave, and listen to that still small voice that can make an impact in the lives of others. We need each other.

91: He is in My Story with Kirstin Baxter- Come As You Are and Build Up His Kingdom

This beautiful story shared by Kirstin Baxter @shinemommyshine is one you won't want to miss!

She shares how growing up her sensitive and empathetic personality made her feel alone.

She now knows that it is a gift that can be used to help strengthen and understand others.

Our father in Heaven has given us all unique gifts that may make us feel insignificant at times (because of the reactions of others), but we need each other and all our differences.

So, if you feel different or not measuring up to others "normal" or "standards", know that it is the Lord who created you the way you are for a great purpose in building forth His kingdom.

He loves us here and now for who we are, and loves us for who we are capable of becoming.

The dark things we go through are to emphasize the light and growth that comes as we rely on Him.

Take His name upon you. Call upon Him in all your needs. He has many names. What role are you needingHim to play in your life right now?

Here are just a few to get you thinking...

Comforter, Savior, Prince of Peace, teacher, advocate, good shepherd, friend, and so many more.

Through our experiences we are being lifted and refined. I hope you feel that in your own life. We are not asked to be a Zion person but to become a Zion people. We need each other. Come as you are and let's strengthen each other and learn from one another.
