Here’s the gist: your energy works just like a bank account. Every task, decision, and conversation either deposits or withdraws from that account. When you overspend, you end up in debt, aka exhausted, overwhelmed, or burnt out. But when you stay within your envelope, you protect your energy and actually get more done with less stress.
