I needed ALL the habit help to return to exercise. Here’s how I’m making it stick.

This one’s personal.

In this solo episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of my return to exercise after major surgery and let me tell you, it’s taken every bit of habit knowledge I’ve got to make it stick.

If you’ve ever found yourself starting from scratch with something that used to be easy (or maybe never was), I hope this encourages you.

I also share how I’m leaning on environment, self-reflection, and accountability — not because I have to be perfect, but because I want to feel good in my body again.

🎧 Tune in if you’re looking for practical tools, real-life honesty, and a reminder that slow progress is still progress.

We don’t always talk about the in between moments when motivation is low and habits feel hard, but this episode is one of those moments. Thanks for being here with me through it.

💛 Bree
