With this focus, we aim to make exercise more accessible, so that it’s positive effects will reverberate throughout our communities.

In this episode, I walk through more "excuses" that are common catalysts that stop our efforts towards our exercise goals, and what we can do to overcome these reasons and continue to make progress.
