With this focus, we aim to make exercise more accessible, so that it’s positive effects will reverberate throughout our communities.

How to Stop Perfectionism

If you're ready to confront yourself to stop letting perfectionism get in your way, you need to ask yourself these questions:

  • What’s the first earliest memory of perfectionism? 
  • How has perfectionism helped me or hurt me in the past?
  • How is it trying to keep me safe with xyz?
  • What are all the good things that could happen if I didn’t care about being perfect?
  • What’s the worst that could happen?
  • Why is it SO important to do my best to be perfect?
