
Dealing with stress is a guaranteed part of life. As each of us navigate the human experience, we encounter events that cause us to feel stress multiple times a day, seven days a week. Although we often hear of ways for us to reduce stress from day-to-day, I’m here to ask: Is that really the right way to go about life? In today’s episode, we talk about why reducing your stress levels may not be the answer to a healthier thyroid (and a healthier life). Instead, we focus on several ways that each of us can increase our ability to respond to stress in a healthy way. I dive into some of my favorite examples of simple activities we can all do to improve our health both spiritually and physically, and why I think these activities should be seen as such an important part of our daily routines.
